This year we decided to do the Star Wars Theme for Halloween for SUPER CHEAP! I am all about Halloween, but I enjoy doing it old school style.....MAKE IT YOUR SELF or BORROW!

We got to go to the Phoenix Zoo this summer (before the temp's got to hot) with Christian's summer camp class (also his old pre-k buddies) Little Rascals Preschool. I must admit I am not a BIG zoo goer in our state, but over the last few years the Phoenix zoo has added some really AWESOME! attraction's.
The boys had a lot of fun seeing the different animals: rhino's, lion's, tiger's, no bears OH MY! Rick was even able to get us some really AMAZING photo's of some the animals. I LOVE the one of the lion sleeping (he looks so peaceful), but I wouldn't want to be caught around him when he's awake! It was cute to watch Baby Noah's reaction to all the different kinds of animals. I like to tease him & say do you remember bring 2 of of each of all these kinds of animals on to your boat? haha LOL I am sure he is going to get sick of those kind of jokes/comments real quick as he getts older, but for now it is funny.

It's funny to be putting those words as my title when it is 100 degrees out today, but this post is long over due & at the time it was around 26 dgrees when these photo's were taken! Back in January we decided to head up as a family to Prescott, AZ. for the day in the middle of a snow storm. CRAZY! I know but if you live in AZ you know we don't get snow to often, so we took our chances & I am glad we did! The grandparents & Mrs. Brenda we're not to thrilled though. They were all a little worried to say the least.
We did have a wonderful time, but boy did we freeze our butt's off! Christian LOVED it until his pants/socks started to get wet from the snow, Baby Noah never liked it! & Rick said " Beth you better get used to it if we ever move to MI."!
It was beautiful though to see a white winter wonderland. Our winters can be so warm in the valley, that it can make it hard to feel like the holiday season.
Funny thing though all the stores closed early due to the weather, you would think these people would be used to this! CHICKENS!

I came across these photos of when we took the boys to the park in our neighborhood a few months back. It is AMAZING to me how much Baby Noah has changed in just 5 short months! He is no longer bald with peach fuzz & is actually in desperate need of a haircut, but I just can't bring myself to do it. It means they are no longer a baby once they get that first real haircut! It is sad how fast it all goes by, but I know that make us apperciate it all that much more.

So I am finally getting around to posting this! I was waiting for Rick to put the pic's into a folder for me.
So Christian's Pre-School got to go on a feild trip in January, YES! I said January. to a bear factory & Rick & Baby Noah got to come along. We had so much fun. The kids got to not only make our own bears, but see the behind the scenes of how all the bears (& other fun animals) are made & learn the history of the Teddy Bear & how it came to be.
The kids had fun cleaning their bears, giving them baths, brushing their hair, picking out a ribbon for their bears to wear arounf their necks & lastly picking their name. Christian named his bear Nothing. Rick & I were shocked he didn't name it Thomas after Thomas The Train.

This year we all went as the characters from The Wizard Of Oz, it was Christians idea because he lOVES the movie just like mom. It was alot of fun tracking down the costume & coming up with unique ideas on what to do to keep the cost down. We only trick-or-treated our street, that was enough for the boys!

Rick & I recently celebrated our 14 yr. wedding anniversary in Michigan. These past 14 yrs. have been AMAZING & I wouldn't change a thing! Okay I am lying I would change my bra size & his hair line (hahaaha no offence of course, lol). CHEERS......here's to many, many more Happy Anniversaries.

A few weeks ago Rick, the boys & I headed up to Globe/Miami for some photo fun. I had to take some pic's for one of my scrapbook challenges: Hat's Off To You Baby. My theme was COWGIRL. As you can see I had waaaaaaay to much fun! We planning to go back & do some fun CHRISTmas pic's. So here I am posong on a jeep & if I remember is late 40's or early 50's & the army Jeep is 1951. While we were taking the photo's the owner came out & I thought he was going to be upset, but oh no! instead he had fun showing us around. That's how I ended up on the jeep! Originally I was only going to do the truck pic's, but before I new it I was on an old tractor & tree stump to! ONE MAN'S JUNK IS ANOTHER MAN'S TREASURE! I can't wait to go back for more pic's & find more discoveries. Here is my finished page for the challenge.

His BIG Brother Chrisitan on the other hand had fun playing in the water/mud (painting rock's), making trains/track out of stick's & learning how to fish with daddy. Even though they didn't catch anything they still had alot of fun together.
Baby Noah had fun discovering all the new things around him when we got away to Greer, AZ. for my 33rd. B-Day. I have been wanting to take pic.'s of him in this outfit since Easter & the wait was soooooooooooo worth it! He looks so darn cute I just wanted to eat him up.

This last weekend we got to get out of the SCORTCHING HEAT & headed up to The White Mountains to enjoy the cooler temps. We stayed in Taylor, but made a drive up to Greer for the day. It was BEAUTIFUL. We palyed in the water, did some hiking/exploring around the area, palyed in the water & just enjoyed the AMAZING landscape!

Have you ever looked at something & thought what else can I do with this? When I buy anything for my scrapbooking supplies I am always thinking of more than 1 or 2 ways on how to use it (that goes for stamps, paper, ink, chipboard, fabric, ect.)I was going through my CTMH scrapbooking stash & came across our DEMENSIONAL ELEMENT SLIDE FRAMES (sorry discontinued, but you can do this with our other demensionals: Hearts, Stars, Monograms, ect. for a different look). I had used all the tags & only had the negative impression left, but right away an idea came to me to make it look like a SHADOW BOX! DATE NIGHT AT TARGET

So a few weeks back Christian had Vacation Bible School , so we got to have date night with Baby Noah. We decide to go to our local Target & have a little fashion show. I think Rick had waaaaaaaaaay to much fun! LOL Don't be jealous of my Handsome Hubby. We had an AWESOME time. People kept looking at us as they walked by & I think the staff anjoyed it. Fun family times that are free..........priceless.

So a few months back we went down to Tucson for the day for so family fun. We stopped off at the mall on the way home to do some window shopping. I am sure you have all seen in the center walk way areas the carts with items on them for sale, well Rick saw one & had a bright idea for all of us...............let's try on some WIGS! Gotta laugh my husband & his bright idea's!

ALL ABOARD THE POLAR EXPRESS!

So this year Globe, AZ. did it's first Polar Express Train Ride & we went up as a family. We had so much fun, it wasn't to cold, they had caroling yummy sugar cookies/hot cocoa, elves & Santa even came on board & handed out bells to the kids & took time to take some pictures with the kids/families. Baby Noah (he was helled by many) was a hit & everyone LOVED the matching P.J.'S.! They even let us go up front to the engine room & took our pic.'s. Everyone was so nice & they payed alot of attention to detail. The train ride was over an hour long it was soooooooooooo worth it, we will defentially do this again next year.

This has always been my most favorite time of year. I love the change of colors, the tempatures drop (not so this year), the smells are different in the air & I love that we have BIG holidays one right after another.

We have been taking time as a family to enjoy getting out, even if our temps are still around 95 degrees!

We took the boys to Mother Natures Farm in Gilbert just before Halloween (Oct. 29) & that day we actually had some cooler tempatures. We rode the Hay Ride, Dedorated Pumpkins, did Yhe Bounce House, made our way through the Hey Barrel Maze & Christian helped us find our way out. We even had some energy left over for some fun family fall pic.'s & Christian got to sit on the tractor.

Noah William Dupont arrived into the world on September 15, 2009 at 8:16 a.m. at 8 lbs. 2 oz. & 20 in. long! He came 3 days early & was almost born on the freeway! There was no time for pain killers & I don't recomend that. We did make it in time to the hospital & so did daddy & BIG brother. He looks just like his daddy/brother & nothing like his mommy. WHAT'S UP WITH THAT!

What an exciting & totally suprising morning this was! On January 20th I woke Rick up at around 5:42 a.m. to test & at 5:44 a.m. we knew are lives had changed again for the better. We are............... PREGNANT! We were origanilly going to wake up Christian, but we decided to let him sleep (as you can see). I couldn't get back to sleep until after 9 a.m. that morning. I started thinking of all the new changes, what kind of baby shower I want & who I want to come. You could say my mind was & still is going a million miles a minute!
